RISE Services needed a scalable web platform to represent their multi-state operations across Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. The site needed to communicate their evidence-based approach to supported employment, Pre-ETS programs, and workplace assistance services while serving as a resource hub for families, agencies, and potential employees.
We developed a comprehensive multi-page website with clear geographic service areas and program descriptions. The site architecture supports their expansion across multiple states while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Each program — individual supported employment, Pre-ETS, and workplace assistance — has detailed pages with clear referral pathways. The design emphasizes their person-centered approach with warm, inclusive visuals and straightforward navigation.
